I have used this for toppings and as an ingredient in a few chocolate based recipes. Has a good balance of sweetness to bitterness. Some imperfections in the shape of individual pieces.

This was the first time I have used Saracino modelling paste. While the black paste was easy to use, for some reason the white was bitty and would not mould for me. I tried adding some water which helped a bit but the items I made just crumbled when they dried. I definitely prefer other modelling pastes to this for fine work.
