Shipping and Returns Policies
We at Bakeworld are happy to recieve returned goods if faulty or if you change your mind.
We pride ourselves on only selecting quality products, providing you with detailed descriptions and photographs so you can see what you are buying and making sure everything we send out is properly packaged to protect it,
so we virtually never get customers asking to return something......

We will accept the return of most products up to 28 days after date of order. (Edible products and Aerosols are exempt from this policy).
We will only accept return of goods which remain in original packaging and which are returned in a re-saleable condition.
Once the item is received, we will refund the value of the goods.
The customer covers all P&P costs.
Shipping is completed via Nightline couriers at a flat fee of €5.95,
Spend over €50 and receive Free Delivery !
We aim to get all packages out on the day of purchase (pre 2pm) but couriers do sometimes make mistakes so please remember if it's urgent give us a call.
Next day service is week days only so if you order on a Friday your package will be delivered on Monday (except Bank Holidays)
We endeavor to get our deliveries to customers next day but please bear in mind that courier companies can get extremly busy at times.
Delays can sometimes happen that are beyond our control.
We are always here to help if you are having difficulties
