Sugarflair Glucose Syrup 400g
- Add this Sugarflair Glucose Syrup to a range of different decorating mediums to make them easier to work with.
- Adding glucose syrup to something such as sugarpaste or modelling chocolate makes it more stretchy, meaning it is less likely to crack or tear or form elephant skin. This is great if you are using a cheaper brand of fondant that may not have the same qualities that a premium sugarpaste may have.
- Because the glucose syrup makes your sugarpaste stretchy, it means you can roll it thinner and so you will find that it goes much further, making great value for money
- The Sugarflair Glucose Syrup can be used for a wide range of mediums including sugarpaste/fondant, modelling chocolate, modelling paste, flower paste and marzipan. It is also used extensively in royal icing, jams and preserves.
The glucose syrup comes in a 400g tub that can be resealed for multiple uses on different projects. It is recommended once open, to use the glucose syrup within six months.
Store in a cool dry place.
Glucose syrup is gluten-free.
May contain traces of nuts and sulphur dioxide.
