Supreme Silk is a beautiful, pliable Sugar Paste that is easy to roll & apply.

No elephant skin, no tearing, applies beautifully on all corners & curves.It has a lovely natural vanilla flavour that is not too sweet & tastes as good as it smells.

Ingredients: Non-Hydrogenated Shortening, Glucose, Emulsifier (E471), Isomalt, Guar Gum, CMC, Preservative (E202, E330) Vanilla Essence.

Worst icing I’ve ever worked with as it has broken into pieces as I’ve rolled it out. First I used cornflour and was told that was the reason. Then I used icing sugar as recommended by the person I spoke to but got much the same result. Not happy

Easy to use

First time using Supreme silk white. Easy to knead, roll out and cover cake. Taste is good too. I also used it with added tylose powder to make toppers. Good colour and price for 5kg.
