Sugarflair Edible 100% edible luster dusts catch the light to give a stunning lustre effect.

Edible lustres can be used by:

• brushing dry on to sugarpaste or royal icing  to add light-catching lustre colour
• mixing with rejuvenator spirit to create an edible paint or liquid colouring for painting on to icing
• mix with other lustre dusts to create new colours

All Sugarflair colours are manufactured in the UK using edible ingredients which conform to EEC legislation and have Kosher status.

Ingredients: Anti-caking agent; E551 silica. Colours: E555, E172 & iron hydroxides.
