Belgian Callebaut Dark Chocolate 54.5% 10 kg

I truly can't fault the Callebaut 54.4% dark chocolate in any way. Dark, delicious, not too sweet so cuts through the sweetness of the products that we use it to coat. And Bakeworld is very efficient indeed. Recommend to all.

I've used this Callebaut chocolate for years and it is a very good product, very versatile.

Changed purveyor to bakeworld.ie as amazon.co.uk is having issues with delivering to Rep. of Ireland since Brexit was finalised.

However, the delivery by DPD was pitched over the back gate of our property and sat exposed to rain on wet, mucky ground for well over 24 hours until it was noticed as DPD didn't bother to notify of delivery. Not great for any product, but especially foodstuffs...we're surrounded by farms so all sorts of vermin about and the last thing one wants to do is leave foodstuffs about.

No assurances from bakeworld.ie that they would endeavour to prevent this from happening in the future, so unlikely I'll be ordering again.

I did receive an apology on behalf of DPD, but how's that going to resolve the problem of my orders being pitched over the back gate and left on mucky ground, exposed to rain?
