The sharp blade and pointed scalpel will allow you to cut out even the most intricate edible images on wafer paper, card or icing sheets, for a clean, professional finish to your cake designs. The craft knife can also be used to cut fondant, sugarpaste, marzipan and a range of other edible and non-edible materials.

Made of long-lasting aluminium, the high-quality EPS Craft Knife has a textured handle for easy-grip, a plastic safety cap for when not in use and comes with 3 spare blades.
