It is very important that they are kept sealed properly in their bag to avoid drying out and cracking until ready for use.

Wafer paper is translucent, so please double check this is the product you need and not icing sheets before ordering.

The pattern or colour will only pop once it's placed against a white background.

All of our edible sheets are 100% edible, dairy free, gluten free & vegetarian. The product itself is nut free, but printed in an environment where nuts are consumed.

They are printed using very high quality edible ink while using the latest printing equipment and graphic design software for amazing image quality!

  • Images must be sent as individual attachments to info@bakeworld.ie in any of the following formats: jpg, png or Pdf along with details of any wording you require
  • Images must be on a clear or white background. Images are printed as you send them in so please ensure there are no watermarks, screenshot marks etc and they are clear enough quality to print.
  • Please send in the highest resolution images as the quality of the images will affect your print, we are not responsible for low quality printing due to low resolution images.
  • Please note images will be resized to fit within the dimensions provided and therefore may not be printed to the exact sizes provided.
  • We do not download images, you need to email all images required.
  • Please note that colours on screen and print may vary.
  • We cannot accept screenshots, external links or Microsoft Word files as layouts, fonts & margins vary between different versions of Microsoft Office.
  • All images are printed on uncut A4 sheets.
  • Please quote order number in email.

Guide to sizes per A4 sheet:

  • 15 x 2" toppers (max 5 different images) UNCUT
  • 2 x 4" toppers UNCUT
  • 1 x 6" topper UNCUT
  • 1 x 8" topper UNCUT
  • Oblong 8 x 10.5" UNCUT
  • Please note all images are printed on uncut A4 sheets.

Using Edible Wafer Paper:

    • Wafer Paper can only be used on dry frostings/icings. It should not be used on cream cakes. We recommend covering the cake with buttercream crusted or fondant before you add the printed Wafer Paper.
    • Wafer paper is slightly translucent, so for lighter coloured designs, it's best to use against white fondant
    • Moisten your cake covering very slightly with cool boiled water before adding the edible paper to keep it in place.
    • If you need to cut your image, use a scissors or sharp knife.
    • The finished photo cake should not be frozen or refrigerated. Humidity will create wavy sheets and bubbles and will ultimately blur the printed design.

All images are packaged in plastic bag & a hard-backed envelope.
