Due to its high strength, this flavouring must be diluted into a key wet ingredient such as water, milk or egg. There are 300 drops* of high strength flavouring per bottle (* 1 drop is approx. 0.05ml).
Suitable for the following diets: Coeliac, Ovo-lacto vegetarians, Vegans, Halal, Kosher.
You only need a few drops, so try about 10 or 20 drops (0.5ml to 1ml) per kg of food and adjust to taste.

Instructions for use
For best results dilute our Apple flavour into a key wet ingredient such as water, milk or egg. Only a few drops are needed, so try about 10 or 20 drops (0.5ml to 1ml) per kg of food and adjust to taste. If you are baking then please remember that some of the flavour will ‘flash off’ so you may need to increase the dose to compensate.
Do not exceed:
10ml per kg in foodstuffs
3.3ml per litre in beverages
