Raspberry Natural Flavouring 15ml

A high strength natural Raspberry flavouring with a ripe taste – try it for bakery, sorbets, ices, confectionery and more.

Ingredients: Natural raspberry flavouring with other natural flavourings, propylene glycol (E1520).
Suitable for vegetarians – gluten free.

This is a professional high strength flavouring product and must be used diluted. It is for use in foodstuffs only and is not to be consumed directly. 

* 1 drop is approx. 0.05ml

Instructions for use

For best results dilute our raspberry flavour into a key wet ingredient such as water, milk or egg. Only a few drops are needed, so try about 10 or 20 drops (0.5ml to 1ml) per kg of food and adjust to taste. If you are baking then please remember that some of the flavour will ‘flash off’ so you may need to increase the dose to compensate.

Do not exceed:
10ml per kg in foodstuffs
3.3ml per litre in beverages

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
