Supreme Silk Ivory Sugarpaste 5kg

Found this product to be quite gummy in texture and overly elastic when applying. The gummy texture transfers to the eating texture aswell. Difficult to trim on the cake as it sticks, pulls and drags on the knife.
It is, however, easier to apply than other products but to the detriment of the finished result.
I would hesitate buying in the future and perhaps stay with another well known regal brand.
