Colour Flex range is the next-generation oil-based food colouring. The range provides unparalleled consistency and vibrancy when colouring buttercream and high-fat content creations like ganache, Swiss meringue, chocolate, fondant, cream, and various cake mixes.
The Colour Flex range also embraces sugarpastes, flower pastes, gumpastes, modelling pastes, royal icing, marzipan, cake mixes, pastry, frostings, piping gel, cake lace mixes, and more.
How to Use Colourflex White Pastel Toner
Shake Well: Always shake the bottle thoroughly before use, as ingredients may separate.
Application: Add a small amount directly to your icing, buttercream, or melted chocolate.
Mixing: Mix or knead until the color is fully incorporated and uniform.
Color Development: The color will deepen over time. Add sparingly at first and let it rest for 1 to 2 hours for the final, true shade to develop.
Usage Ratios: This is a highly concentrated formula; a little goes a long way.
The 25ml bottle can color up to 10kg of buttercream, depending on the intensity desired.
Ideal Uses
Neutralizing Yellow Tones: Specifically used to brighten sugar paste and remove the natural yellow tinge from buttercream and white chocolate.
